Konduco Referral Programme - earn over £1,000 (or equivalent in Euros, or Indian Rupees)
Konduco offers referrals to any person registered on our database who submits a CV of a friend or colleague for any open position shown at www.konduco.com who then has an interview.
To qualify as a referral, the submitted candidate receives a telephone or face to face interview for the position. £50 will be immediately wired should an interview take place and should this lead to a placement, a further hiring payment amounting to a total of between £500 and £1,000 will be made depending on the on the vacancy.
To qualify for the referral programme you must follow these steps:
- Ensure you have registered your own details including your updated CV at www.konduco.com
- Make sure you have spoken with the candidate you wish to refer and they are happy for you to do so!
- Send an email to referrals@konduco.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- A short summary of the proposed candidate including their up to date CV
- The vacancy code appearing on www.konduco.com
- Your bank details including swiftcode and IBAN number and full bank branch address
You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming the hiring payment, 50% which will be wired to you when the candidate joins and 50% after 3 months of their employment.
Following this you must find out from the individual submitted whether an interview has taken place. If the news is positive you must then send another email requesting payment, we will then wire £50 to you immediately.
